I’m also the founder of Holistic Osteopathy, a space devoted to intuitive, whole-person care that honours the body, mind, and spirit at every stage of life and Dot In The Centre a heart-centred learning community where like-minded students come together to learn energy healing and where soul-led business owners are supported to grow, connect, and elevate their work with purpose and confidence.

My work is grounded in the belief that the body holds an innate intelligence and the natural ability to heal when supported in the right environment. I work with babies, children, and adults using gentle, biodynamic techniques that help release tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore balance.
