Our Ocean Grove clinic offers warm, light-filled therapy rooms designed for comfort, flow and a relaxed coastal feel. Each room has its own character and weekly rate, with thoughtful furnishings, quality lighting and a welcoming professional environment. A small movement space will also be available for group work, classes or embodied therapies.
Weekly rentals support consistent practice and autonomy, with room-sharing or subletting welcome (with approval). Casual day bookings may be possible; please email us to discuss availability.

Our Ocean Grove clinic offers three thoughtfully designed therapy rooms and a small movement space, each with its own layout, feel and weekly rate. All rooms are fully furnished, quiet and ready for client sessions, with pricing based on size, features and availability.

Room 1 - Warm & Light-Filled
Room 1 is a calm, light-filled therapy room ideal for both talk therapists and bodywork practitioners. Its intimate feel and versatile layout make it an inviting space for clients seeking a cosy, nurturing environment. The room can be styled with a couch, desk and coffee table for consulting, or set up with a portable or compact electric table for bodywork sessions, with built-in shelving for easy access to practitioner tools.

Price: $325 per week + GST

Room 2 - calm & comfortable
Room 2 is a comfortable, medium-sized treatment room suitable for a wide range of modalities. It includes a high-quality electric treatment table, built-in shelving, and a desk. Soft natural light creates a calm, grounded atmosphere, with enough space for practitioners to move easily during sessions while still feeling warm and contained.

Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Myotherapists, Kinesiologists, Beauty Therapists and Cosmetic Nurses.

Room 3 - Spacious & Adaptable
Room 3 is a generous, open therapy room offering exceptional flexibility. With enough space to accommodate two treatment tables or a combined treatment and consulting setup, it is ideal for multi-modal practitioners or those who prefer an expansive working environment. Natural light filters through sheer curtains, enhancing the calm, professional feel of the room.

Group SPACE — BOUTIQUE STUDIO FOR SMALL GROUPS
Our boutique movement studio is a bright, welcoming space ideal for one-on-one sessions, small yoga or Pilates classes (6–8 people), workshops and embodied practices. Flooded with natural light and offering access to a full kitchen if needed, the studio provides a warm, versatile environment for practitioners wanting to run intimate classes or community offerings. Yoga mats and props are included in the hire.

Yoga Teachers, Pilates Instructors, Somatic Educators, Meditation Teachers, Facilitators, Workshop Hosts.
