Our Queenscliff clinic offers four thoughtfully designed therapy rooms, each with its own layout, personality and weekly rate. All rooms are fully furnished, quiet and ready for client sessions, with pricing based on size, features and availability.
Weekly rentals provide practitioners with consistency and autonomy, and room-sharing or subletting is welcome with approval.
Casual and ongoing day bookings may also be possible. Please email us to check availability
Room 1 - LIGHt & Spacious
Room 1 is a bright, spacious therapy room with an electric treatment table, comfortable seating for clients, and a desk for practitioner use. Natural light and thoughtful styling create a calm, professional atmosphere, while tall shelving provides practical storage for linens, equipment or personal items.
Best suited to:
Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Myotherapists, Kinesiologists, Beauty Therapists and Cosmetic Nurses.
Price: $375 per week + GST

Room 2 - Warm & Cosy
Room 2 is a warm, softly lit therapy room designed for calm, grounding client sessions. It includes an electric massage table, dimmable lighting, a floor lamp and a desk with client seating. With no external window, the space holds a quiet, cocoon-like atmosphere that many therapists and clients prefer. There is ample shelf space for towels, equipment or personal supplies.

Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, Myotherapists, Kinesiologists, Beauty Therapists and Cosmetic Nurses.

Room 3 - calm & grounded
A warm, inviting room designed for talk-based therapy and quieter, reflective client work. It includes a comfortable therapist chair, a welcoming client couch, a desk, and soft dimmable lighting to create a grounded, settled atmosphere. A white noise machine is provided to support privacy during sessions.

Psychologists, Counsellors, Mental-Health Clinicians, Social Workers, Hypnotherapists and other talk-based practitioners.

Room 4 - Light & versatile
Room 4 - Light & Versatile. I like this: This room is set up with a desk, client chairs and subtle shelving, creating a calm workspace for talking-based therapies. It does not include a treatment table but has enough space for a portable table to be set up if needed. The environment is private, quiet and ideal for focused therapeutic work. But instead of the environment being quiet can you say there is a white noise machien for privacy and chairs can easily be arranges to suit different modalities
