“When we understand ourselves with compassion, we begin to live in alignment with our true values. In this space of self-awareness and acceptance, healing and growth can naturally unfold.”
Hi, I’m Nicole - a registered Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults across public and private settings in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. My practice is grounded in a deep belief in each person’s capacity for healing, growth and meaningful engagement in everyday life.
As an OT Australia endorsed Mental Health Occupational Therapist, I am passionate about helping adults understand themselves more deeply and live in alignment with their values. I bring both professional experience and lived experience as a neurodivergent practitioner, offering a neuro-affirming, compassionate and holistic approach that honours individuality and fosters self-compassion.
I have a particular interest in women’s mental health and ADHD, and enjoy walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s transitions, challenges and possibilities. My sessions provide a calm, nurturing space to explore new perspectives, develop practical strategies and reconnect with a sense of confidence and balance.
I work from physical clinics locally in Queenscliff and Geelong , supporting clients from across the Bellarine Peninsula and Greater Geelong regions , as well as through Telehealth sessions Australia-wide. I also visit Ballarat one day per month for in-person appointments.
My services are available under Medicare’s Better Access to Mental Health initiative and through the Transport Accident Commission (TAC). I am committed to providing accessible, person-centred care that supports each individual’s wellbeing journey.
